Lattyayy (လက်ရေး, “handwriting”) collects handwritten Myanmar syllables and trains two models to read them: one follows the pen, one reads the picture.
Collecting is invite-only for now: writers join through a personal link.
How it works

Write
The Collect page shows one syllable at a time from a list of 4,312. You write it with a finger, pen or mouse; every stroke is saved with its timing.

Train
Both models retrain on everything collected so far. A new version is kept only if it scores better than the last one on a fixed exam of syllables it has never seen.

Recognize
Draw any syllable and see the five most likely readings. Mark them right or wrong — the mistakes decide what to write next.
The two models
Same writing, two ways of looking at it. Comparing them is the point of the study.
Poneyate ပုံရိပ်
Reads the finished picture, like a scanner would. Stroke order and speed don't matter to it.
